Step-by-Step "Phase-Sync" Protocol
1. The Preparation (The Night Before)
Set the Audio: Find a 4 Hz binaural beat track. Use comfortable headphones that you can wear while sleeping.
The "Deferred" Sleep Schedule: Set an alarm to wake you up after 6 hours of sleep.
Intent: As you fall asleep, repeat: "When I wake up, I will not move. I will separate immediately.".
2. The Awakening (The "Phase" Window)
Passive Wakeup: When your alarm goes off after 6 hours, stay awake for 3 to 45 minutes. Drink some water or read about OBEs to prime your mind.
The Setup: Return to bed and put on your 4 Hz audio. Lie in a comfortable position, ideally on your back.
Fall Back Asleep: Allow yourself to drift back toward sleep while listening to the 4 Hz tones. Your goal is to catch the moment you naturally wake up again.
3. The Instant Separation (The Critical Moment)
The moment you realize you are waking up again—do not move and do not open your eyes.
Immediate Attempt: Try to "get up" without using your physical muscles. Imagine rolling out or floating up.
The Infinity Sweep: If separation doesn't happen instantly, start the sweep. In your mind's eye, visualize your awareness moving in an
(infinity) loop:
Sweep from your head down to your left foot.
Curve up through your center to your right shoulder.
Curve down to your right foot and back up to your left shoulder.
Goal: Create a rhythmic, "slippery" sensation of movement within your stationary body.
4. Cycling Techniques (The Fail-Safe)
If the Infinity Sweep doesn't work after 5 seconds, cycle through these for 2 minutes:
Visualizing: Forcefully imagine you are standing in front of a mirror in another room.
4 Hz Anchoring: Focus intensely on the 4 Hz pulsing in your ears. Try to "become" the sound until it feels like it’s vibrating your entire body (the Vibrational State).
Phantom Wiggling: Try to wiggle your "astral" hand or foot without moving the physical muscle.
5. Deepening and Maintenance
Once you feel yourself "separate" or "pop" out of your body:
Deepen the State: Immediately touch objects in the environment to stabilize the experience.
Keep Moving: Do not stay near your physical body; move to another room to prevent being "pulled back" in.
